Matthew Smith, is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate. He brings to Core more than 12 years of experience in Culinary Arts to the Core cuisine. His former/noteworthy positions include: Executive Chef at Leverock’s, Sous Chef at Fleming’s Steakhouse and Jr. Executive Chef at Six Tables. He studied Culinary Arts and Johnson and Wales in Miami and ultimately received his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Orlando Culinary Academy – Le Cordon Bleu, where he also spent time in Paris, France honing his craft. He now turns his passion to creating exceptional, healthy cuisine for Core Fitness Solution clients.
